Living with Ankylosing Spondylitis, a chronic form of arthritis that causes inflammation of the spinal joints, Choon Seng has grown alongside Bizlink’s social enterprise for over two decades. Starting out in Packing and Fulfilment, he embraced every opportunity to learn and take on new challenges, gradually building strong digital capabilities through perseverance and dedication.

Choon Seng’s continuous growth led him to a supervisory role in Data Management.  Today, he oversees projects and conducts quality checks on work carried out by fellow beneficiaries, ensuring high standards while mentoring others along the way. His journey is a powerful testament to how sustained support, resilience, and a commitment to lifelong learning can enable individuals to overcome challenges and thrive with confidence, purpose, and dignity.
